About the Role Are you an experienced, safety-focused Forklift Driver looking for consistent work with a stable team? We are seeking reliable LF Forklift Operators for busy warehouse and logistics environments across South East Melbourne.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role covering the full lifecycle of warehouse operations—from inward freight receipt and high-reach stacking to precision order picking and outbound dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload incoming/outgoing trucks, shipping containers, and local transport vehicles; secure loads with stretch wrapping and strapping.

  • Pick, Pack & Dispatch: Accurately pick customer orders from paper/digital pick slips, pack items securely, and prepare freight for dispatch on time.

  • RF Scanning & Inventory: Utilize handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track stock movements, update inventory, and log dispatches.

  • Goods Inward Verification: Inspect incoming shipments against delivery dockets, check stock condition, and immediately report damages or quantity discrepancies.

  • Safety & Housekeeping: Perform mandatory daily pre-operational checks on forklifts, report equipment faults, maintain clean driving aisles, and uphold strict site Health & Safety (WHS) protocols.

What You Need

  • Current High Risk Work Licence (LF Forklift Licence required)

  • Proven experience operating Counterbalance and/or Reach forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse setting

  • Practical experience using handheld RF scanners for inventory management and order picking

  • Strong physical fitness and comfort performing manual handling tasks alongside machine operation

  • Demonstrated focus on workplace safety, hazard identification, and site traffic rules

  • Solid literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills

  • Reliable personal transport to access sites across South East Melbourne

  • Streamlined Pay Runs: Multiple pay runs conducted every week so you get paid accurately and on time, every time.

  • Supportive Environment: Work in a well-equipped, safety-first warehouse culture with on-site support.
